Our client, a global professional services firm, made the decision to extend their International Tax operations in Indonesia. They wanted to hire an experienced International Tax Partner who had the ability to drive business growth and who had the specialised skills and extensive industry expertise to deal with unique challenges of appropriate to the local market.
This was a very challenging brief. We had to identify individuals who have a good appreciation of both international exposure and excellent local knowledge who could deliver business growth and revenue. Over the course of several months we conducted a number of high-profile discussions with key stakeholders of the business and after successful negotiations the candidate accepted the offer and joined the business. This enabled our client to build its International Tax practice and further drive growth of Tax operation in Indonesia.
